Terms of Service

1. Who can use this

Domyrian is an adult Dom/sub matching app. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to register or use any part of this site beyond the public homepage. By registering, you confirm you meet that requirement. We don't run automated ID verification — see the Privacy Policy and Verification page for exactly what the "Verified" badge does and doesn't mean.

2. What you're agreeing to behave like

This is a platform for consensual adult kink and D/s matching, not a place for:

• Content involving anyone under 18, in any context, however framed.
• Harassment, threats, doxxing, or sharing someone's identity without their consent.
• Non-consensual content, or content that depicts/encourages real-world harm.
• Impersonating another person, or operating a fake/bait profile.
• Using the matching, waves, or messaging features to spam, solicit money outside an explicit, consensual findom dynamic disclosed as such, or advertise unrelated services.
• A profile photo of anyone but yourself, taken without that person's consent, or depicting anyone under 18 — same "no exceptions, however framed" as above.

Use the Report or Block button on anyone's profile if they violate this. Reports go to a real moderation queue — see the Safety page.

3. Your account

You register with a handle, not your real name — that's deliberate, see the Privacy Policy. You're responsible for whatever happens under your account, including keeping your password to yourself. We may suspend or delete an account that violates these terms, a report we substantiate, or applicable law, with or without notice.

4. Your content

Your bio, limits text, quiz answers, messages, and anything else you post stays yours. You're granting us only the license needed to store and display it back to you and to the other members it's meant for (a match, a conversation partner) as the app's normal operation — nothing more, no resale, no use in advertising.

5. Deleting your account

Delete my account is real, immediate, and permanent. Your profile, quiz answers, waves, favorites, messages, and blocks are all removed right away. Reports filed about you are the one thing that deliberately survives — see the Privacy Policy for why.

6. No guarantee of a match, a conversation, or safety outside the app

Domyrian ranks and introduces people; it doesn't vet them beyond what's on this page and the Safety page, and it has no visibility into what happens once you take a conversation elsewhere or meet someone in person. Read the Safety page before meeting anyone from here, and use your own judgment — we're a matching tool, not a safety guarantee.

7. Service "as is"

This is a small, independently run app. We don't promise uptime, that a feature will stay exactly as it is today, or that email (verification, password reset, the weekly digest) will always be configured or delivered reliably. We'll try to be upfront in-product when something's a known gap rather than silently pretend otherwise.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update this page as the app changes. Continuing to use Domyrian after an update means you accept the current version. Significant changes will get a note somewhere you'll actually see it, not just a quiet date bump at the top of this page.
