Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Domyrian ("Domyrian," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of Domyrian (the "Service"). By creating an account, browsing a portal, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. Nothing in these Terms affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of the country where you live, which always take priority over anything here that conflicts with them.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements and that everything you tell us about yourself is accurate. The Service is intended for consenting adults only. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to hold an account, and we will terminate any account we learn belongs to a minor.

3. What the Service is (and isn't)

Domyrian is software. It lets a "Master/Owner" account create a branded "portal" — a small site of their own with a blog, applications, tasks, messaging, and community tools — and lets "Sub/Slave" accounts apply to join one. That's the entire service: hosting, tools, and infrastructure for people who already know what kind of dynamic they're looking for.

We do not vet, verify, background-check, or endorse any user, portal, or dynamic. We are not a matchmaking service, an introduction agency, or a party to any relationship or arrangement formed through the Service. Nothing on the Service — including a portal's rules, a "contract" signed between two accounts, or a Master's tier structure — is reviewed, approved, or guaranteed enforceable by us. Every interaction, arrangement, and decision you make through the Service is between you and the other person, entirely at your own judgment and risk.

4. Accounts

You're responsible for your account and everything that happens under it, including keeping your password secure and telling us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. One person, one account — don't register on someone else's behalf or create an account for a business or persona that isn't you. You choose your account role (Master/ Owner or Sub/Slave) at registration; each role has different capabilities within the Service, described throughout the app itself.

We can suspend or disable an account that violates these Terms, is used to violate another user's safety or rights, or that we're required to act on by law — see Termination below.

5. Subscriptions & payment

Sub/Slave accounts are free. Master/Owner accounts require an active subscription to create or manage a portal, billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose. Prices are shown in EUR before you subscribe and may be subject to VAT, calculated and added at checkout based on your location. Payment is processed entirely by Stripe — we never receive or store your card number; we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed, plus an identifier Stripe uses to reference your subscription.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you've already paid for. If a payment fails, we may restrict access to Master/Owner features until it's resolved. We can change plan pricing or features going forward; we'll give existing subscribers reasonable advance notice before a price increase takes effect on their next renewal, and you may cancel before it applies to you.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)

If you're a consumer in the EU or EEA, you normally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Because a subscription gives you immediate access to Master/Owner features, by subscribing and starting to use the Service you expressly request that we begin performing straight away and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed. If you haven't meaningfully used the paid features yet, contact us within 14 days of subscribing and we'll cancel the subscription and refund the unused portion.

7. Content & conduct

You keep ownership of whatever you post, upload, or write on the Service — your profile, bio, messages, portal posts, photos, and everything else you create. By posting it, you grant us a license to host, store, and display it back to you and whichever other users it's meant to be visible to (based on the visibility settings you or the portal's owner choose), solely to operate the Service. We don't sell it, and we don't use it to train anything.

You agree not to post or use the Service to:

• Post, request, or facilitate any content involving a minor in any capacity, in any context — no exceptions, zero tolerance, immediate termination and a report to the relevant authorities.
• Post content depicting or describing non-consensual acts, or misrepresent that content as consensual when it isn't.
• Impersonate another person, or misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation with anyone.
• Share another person's private information (address, workplace, legal name, images) without their consent — doxxing of any kind.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, or coerce another user, on or off the Service.
• Upload malware, attempt to breach another account, scrape the Service at scale, or interfere with its normal operation.
• Post spam, run an unauthorized commercial solicitation, or use the Service for anything illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.

Content between consenting adults depicting kink, D/s dynamics, and similar themes is the premise of this platform and is allowed, provided it doesn't fall into any of the categories above.

8. Safety is your own responsibility

We give you tools — reporting, blocking, portal rules, warnings, a documented contract feature — but we cannot guarantee the safety, intentions, or honesty of anyone you meet through the Service. We strongly encourage you to verify who you're actually dealing with, meet in safe circumstances if a dynamic moves offline, keep some communication on-platform where it's documented, and trust your own judgment over any claim made in a bio or an application. If something feels wrong, it probably is — disengage and report it.

9. Reporting & moderation

Any user can report a portal or another user for review, and can block another user or Master entirely. Portal owners can remove a member from their own portal at any time. We review reports and can warn, suspend, or disable an account or portal that violates these Terms. We are not obliged to act on every report, and acting on one isn't an admission that anything wrongful occurred. If we suspend or terminate your account, we'll tell you why unless doing so would compromise an investigation or someone else's safety.

10. Intellectual property

The Domyrian name, logo, and the software itself belong to us. These Terms don't grant you any right to use our branding beyond what's needed to use the Service normally. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, contact us at ceo@domyrian.com with enough detail to locate the material and confirm your rights to it, and we'll review and act on legitimate requests.

11. Third-party services

We use Stripe to process payments and Google Fonts to serve typefaces used on the site. Your use of those services through Domyrian is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We aren't responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services we don't control.

12. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any user you interact with is who they claim to be. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties of satisfactory quality and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Domyrian and Domyrian are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your interactions, relationships, or arrangements with other users — whether on or off the Service. Subject to the paragraph below, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or €100 if you haven't paid us anything.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights — except to the extent the claim arises from our own breach of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Termination

You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting us. We can suspend or terminate your access at any time for violating these Terms; where reasonably possible we'll give you notice and a chance to respond first. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including content ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law — do.

15. Changes to these Terms

We can update these Terms as the Service changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do and, for material changes, make a reasonable effort to flag it more visibly (an announcement banner or email) with advance notice before it takes effect.

16. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of N/A. If you're a consumer, this choice of law doesn't deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country where you're habitually resident, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country as well as the courts of N/A. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute directly; EU residents can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

17. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of it. You can't assign your rights under these Terms without our consent; we can assign ours as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, provided that doesn't reduce the protections you have as a consumer. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
